Research
Dr. Anita Marshall’s primary research area is geoscience education, with specific interests in accessible and inclusive experiential learning, technology-enhanced field learning, and examining (and hopefully improving) the experience of people with disabilities and other underserved identities in science disciplines. Her geologic training is in volcanology and near-surface geophysics. Dr. Marshall teaches a wide variety of geology courses from undergraduate to graduate level and supervises graduate research in geoscience education.
