Students

Before you schedule the Written or Oral Qualifying Exams, please let Diana Adams know and she will set-up everything needed for the paperwork.

She will need the following:

• Exam dates (Written and Oral Exams)
• Dissertation Topic Approval Date
• Dissertation Title
• Chairperson who is going to administer the exams.

 

Chair of the Committee

After the meeting please gather the rubrics from all of the Faculty so that they may be filed in the students permanent record. You will have been sent a DocuSign link for you to:

1. 1. Affirm that the student is making satisfactory academic progress
   2. Affirm that the student has either passed or failed the Qualifying exam
   3. Sign the Qualifying Exam Submission Form

Once you click the Finish button, it will then move to the rest of the Committee for their individual signatures.
