Alice Hildick

Alice Hildick is the Head of Operations at Studio X, an open innovation studio powered by Shell. She leads the development and execution of strategies and products, helping enterprise organizations achieve their energy innovation, sustainability and emissions reduction goals through innovation and technology. Prior to joining Studio X, Alice began her career in 2006 at ExxonMobil, where she spent nearly a decade on energy and technology projects, including 3 years as a Global Reserves Advisor. Her interests are in the areas of energy innovation and energy technology, and she is passionate about working with partners to accelerate energy transition and digitalization. Alice holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Florida and is currently finishing an MBA at the Colorado State University Global executive program. She has been involved in policy advising and mentoring entrepreneurs for the past decade
